Welcome to Goloto (hereinafter referred to as "goloto", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), accessible at https://goloto.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the operators of goloto, governing your access to and use of the Platform and all content, features and services offered therein.

Goloto is an English-language online gaming information and navigation platform focused on the Pakistan market. • Use automated means — including scrapers, crawlers, bots or data-harvesting tools — to access, collect or republish Content without prior written consent from goloto;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any component of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without express written authorization;
• Post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate goloto, its employees or any other person or entity in a manner that is misleading or deceptive;
• Use the Platform to engage in or facilitate any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.

Goloto reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this Acceptable Use Policy and to take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating access to the Platform where warranted.

All Content on the goloto Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, reviews, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts and software — is the intellectual property of goloto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, goloto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its Content;
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its Content;
• Any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of a third party;
• Any use of data mining, robots, screen-scraping or similar data-gathering tools.

The goloto name, logo and brand identity are proprietary marks. Their use without express written permission from goloto is strictly prohibited. Third-party trademarks referenced on this Platform — including payment service names and sports league identities — remain the property of their respective owners. No endorsement, association or partnership is implied by their mention.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goloto expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or suitability of any Content;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components;
• Warranties regarding the performance, terms, fairness or legality of any Third-Party Platform referenced in our Content.

Goloto makes no representation that bonus offers, game availability, payment method options or platform features described in our Content reflect current conditions on any Third-Party Platform. All such information is subject to change at the discretion of individual Operators without notice to goloto.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goloto and its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Gambling losses or financial losses of any kind incurred through your use of any Third-Party Platform referenced on goloto;

• Any other matter relating to the Platform, regardless of whether the liability is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether goloto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, goloto's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) any amount you have directly paid to goloto in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) PKR 1,000. This limitation reflects the fact that goloto is a free informational service and does not process financial transactions on your behalf.

Goloto Content may include references to, descriptions of or navigational pointers toward Third-Party Platforms — including online casinos, sportsbooks, payment services and gaming operators. The inclusion of any reference to a Third-Party Platform in goloto Content does not constitute:

• An endorsement, recommendation or approval by goloto of that platform or its services;
• A warranty regarding the safety, legality, fairness, financial soundness or regulatory compliance of that platform;
• A guarantee that any bonus, promotional offer or feature described in goloto's review of that platform is currently active or available to you.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to goloto's operational jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to create or imply any legal relationship between goloto and the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory body. Goloto does not represent that its Platform or any referenced service is authorized, licensed or approved by any Pakistani authority.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting goloto directly. Goloto will use reasonable efforts to address your concern within a reasonable timeframe.
